Delivery Periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 2-5 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery periods, we will send out your articles in one package, as far as there has been no other arrangement. In this case the delivery period is based on the article with the longest delivery period.

If you decide for personal pickup, we will inform you about the allocation of your goods and the terms of pickup via email. In this case there will be no charges.
